Kaleigh Augustine
Director Of Operations/Instructor
Kaleigh Augustine began dancing at the age of 4 and never looked at another sport or activity again. As a kid, she traveled all over the country to attend regional and national conventions and competitions earning numerous awards and accolades along the way. Throughout her training, Kaleigh assisted as many classes as she could and even taught her first dance class at the age of 15.
After studying with multiple studios, Kaleigh finally found her home with The Dance Academy of Loudoun. After two years of training at DAL, She attended school at George Mason University where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with a Minor in Dance Appreciation. While attending college, she began working part time at The Dance Academy of Loudoun teaching more and more with each passing year. Upon graduation, she began working full time at DAL and has loved every minute!
Over the last 15+ years, Kaleigh has created a young dancer curriculum that prepares our smallest dancers for a future in dance, whatever that may look like for each dancer! In addition to dancing, students in Ms. Kaleigh’s classes, will learn motor skills, independence, patience, listening skills and most importantly, confidence in themselves!
